Join the Expert Choice Professional Services Team for an Enhanced Comparion Training Webinar. To enable interaction, the number of participants will be limited.

The goal of this training is to improve the technical skills and modeling capabilities of Project Managers using the Comparion Suite. Over the two hour interactive session, we will explore:

• Basic and advanced features of Comparion^TM Core and TeamTime^TM
• Building a better Objective hierarchy
• Various Alternative measurement methods
• Selecting, mapping, and inviting evaluators

We will spend most of our time inside the Comparion software. We encourage participating organizations to bring more than one employee, so please send this onto your peers who are considering using Comparion on future projects. Any questions you can provide before the training will improve your experience.

From 8:00 AM through 4:30 PM on March 25th four experts will lead a set of integrated education sessions covering each of the CPIC life cycle management phases.

CPIC Immersion^TM is an intensive educational and professional development program designed to strengthen your CPIC knowledge and skills. It will feature individual subject matter expert instructors matched to specifics topics related to elements of the Capital Planning and Investment Control life cycle. It is designed to emphasize interaction between attendees and the session leaders, and is limited to a small group of attendees. The CPIC Immersion^TM 1-day program is organized according to the CPIC management life cycle phases.

• Pre-Select Phase session aimed at defining candidate investment alternatives to meet agency mission needs.
• Select Phase session will focus on how to prioritize, budget, & authorize the investment portfolio aligned to agency performance requirements.
• Control Phase session will cover best-practice-based acquisition baseline planning and control featuring Earned Value Management and Technical Performance Measurement.
• Evaluation Phase session will address processes for disciplined post-implementation performance planning, measurement and reporting to maximize benefits from deployed investments.

A spin on our popular webinar, Enhanced Comparion Training, our team will dive into proven techniques for rapidly and effectively structuring decision models. Furthermore, we will discuss various ways to engage your participants and stakeholders to obtain consensus and achieve buy-in. Specific sub-topics include:

While this webinar will not specifically focus on the Comparion Suite software, we may dive into this as appropriate to provide examples. If you have already joined a past webinar on using the Comparion tool, but want to better understand our methods, we highly recommend you attend.
