Expert Choice Taps Industry Veterans for Management Team Expansion
Company Doubled Staff in 2008, Positioned for Continued Growth
Washington, DC (January 13, 2009) - Expert Choice, Inc., a leader in collaborative, decision-making software, today announced four new additions to its executive team. These industry veterans include Steven DuBrow, senior vice president of sales, Avi Elkoni, vice president of software development, Lance Davis, vice president of professional services, and Craig Johnson, director of academic programs and markets.
"Over the past year, as we launched the ComparionTM Suite, our new SaaS product line, Expert Choice has more than doubled its staff," said Rich Dougherty, CEO of Expert Choice. "In 2008 our new hires were focused on product development and changing our message to include the benefits of our new web-based products. By expanding our executive team, we now have the leadership to take full advantage of this critical product transition."
Steven DuBrow brings over 20 years of experience with him to Expert Choice. As senior vice president of sales, DuBrow will lead the sales team in converting the product mix to include Web-based solutions, penetrating existing Fortune 1000 accounts, and expanding into new markets, including those currently facing critical decisions during the economic downturn. Previously, DuBrow was the president and managing director of the Americas at i-Solutions Global, LLC.
Avi Elkoni has been tapped for his 15 years of experience in software management and technical operations to manage the design, development and maintenance of the company's products. Before joining the Expert Choice team, Elkoni served as vice president of engineering at Netuitive, Inc. and as vice president of development at CA, Inc.
Lance Davis joins Expert Choice after working as a client partner at Fair Isaac Corporation. As vice president of professional services, Davis will oversee all consulting and training services, as well as expanding the channel partner program.
With his expertise in the education industry, Craig Johnson looks to reach future leaders by focusing marketing efforts on critical graduate level degrees and partnering with targeted universities. Johnson served as director of higher education markets at Varsity Group. Prior to that, he was a principal at Content Logistics, LLC.
