Designed for the decision practitioner and portfolio manager, the Expert Choice Green Belt is the leading decision training course available today. It leverages years of expertise gleaned from real-world consulting engagements and packs it into two engaging and challenging days of learning.

The Expert Choice Black Belt course includes extensive knowledge transfer for project portfolio selection and budgeting, risk and forecasting, performance management, and complex decision exercises. You will engage in live modeling and facilitation exercises where you will be evaluated by your trainers and peers. Additionally, you will have extensive access to our top consultants to help you work through and model real decision challenges that you face.
